General Instructions for admission to the Auditorium

(a) Admission is by invitation only.

(b) Each invitation card admits only one guest.

(c) A child (who must be 6 years or older) will be admitted only if he/she has a card.

(d) Children below 6 years of age will not be admitted.

(e) Lost invitation cards will not be replaced.

(f) Invitation cards will be collected at the entrances.

(g)Persons wishing to leave the auditorium temporarily must obtain a pass

Instructions to Guests

Please convey the following instructions to your guests:

(a) On arrival, your guests should go direct to the auditorium where ushers will show them to their seats {stall seats - Basement 1; circle seats - Level 2}.

(b) Guests must be seated by 10.00 a.m./2.30 p.m.

(c) Guests should not leave their seats to take photographs so as to avoid obstruction to the free movement of graduates as they move up to the stage and back to their seats.  Security guards will be on duty to keep order.

(d) Guests are requested to switch off their pagers/handphones during the ceremony to avoid disturbance.

(e) Guests should not leave the auditorium until the ceremony is over.

(f) At the end of the ceremony, guests should remain in their places until the last graduate has left the auditorium.
