Instructions on Traffic control, Parking and shuttle buses. 

Ø   We advise graduands and their guests who are coming by taxi to alight at the back of the Nanyang Auditorium to avoid traffic congestion along the driveway in front of the Administration Building  

Ø   If you and your guests are coming by car, please request for a car label when you collect your academic dress. We request you to make use of Carparks 5, 6, I, J or K (Please refer to Annex 4). 

Ø   Please park only in white (free parking) and red (staff) lots. Yellow lots are reserved lots. 

Ø   Please note that the car label is not a carpark coupon. It is to enable the campus wardens to spot and guide your car to the recommended carparks.

Ø   There will be NTU internal shuttle buses to pick up / alight passengers at these carparks. This service is free and is available from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm. 

Ø   Please note that Carpark A will be reserved for the University’s official guests, staff and those officiating at the ceremony whereas Carpark B is taken up by season parking holders.

For those coming by MRT

Ø   For those who are coming by MRT trains, we have arranged for SBS shuttle buses to pick up passengers from Boon Lay Interchange (at the berth next to bus service number 507) to the back of the Nanyang Auditorium. This service is free and is available as follows:

Ø   Both the NTU internal and SBS shuttle buses will carry a sign with the words “NTU Convocation” .

NOTE:

As the traffic will be heavy, give yourself plenty of time (at least one and a half hours before your ceremony commences) to arrive at Nanyang Auditorium.

We regret that late-comers will have to MISS the ceremony.
