Collection of Academic Dress, Invitation Cards, Transcript and Degree Certificate

The venue for the collection of academic dress, invitation cards, transcript and degree certificate is Exhibition Hall , Level 3, Nanyang Auditorium (please refer to the map). Please bring your identity card or passport with you for identification purposes.

Different academic dress is issued for each degree type. You are requested to adhere to the schedule given below as only the academic dress for the degree type as specified is available for collection during the time slot. If you are unable to collect the items personally, please authorise someone to do so on your behalf using the Authorisation Form.

NOTE:

Ø  No degree certificate, transcript, academic dress, invitation cards and car label will be issued after xx August 2001.

Ø  If you are not attending the convocation and are unable to collect the degree certificate and transcript at the time allocated to you, you may collect them from the Registrar’s Office during office hours between 11 and 29 September 2001. Please bring along your NRIC/passport.

Ø  All degree certificates and transcripts must be collected from the Registrar’s Office (Undergraduate Branch) by 29 September 2001.

Ø  Please ensure that your degree certificate is kept safely as for security reasons, we are unable to replace any lost or damaged certificate.

Ø  The name printed on your degree certificate and transcript (if applicable) will be the one maintained in our official database as at 31 May 2001.

Ø  The degree certificate and official transcript (if applicable) together with the academic dress, invitation cards, car label (if you/your guest is driving) will be available for collection according to the schedule given in Annex 3. Please adhere to the date and time schedules for you as only the degree certificates and academic dress for the degree types as specified in the schedule will be available for collection.
