Important things that should be taken care of for your       Convocation Ceremony

Ø   Please submit a recent passport size colour photograph for the
     multimedia presentation to the Registrar's Office Level 1,
     Administration Annex. Check the details of the multimedia
     presentation here.                                                          


Ø   Please indicate your graduation attendance here.                 

Ø   Please collect your degree certificate and official
     transcript together with the academic dress, invitation
     cards and car label {if you/your guest is driving}. Check
     the date and time scheduled for you here.                           

Ø   Check the layout of the Exhibition Hall (Level 3, Nanyang
     Auditorium) where you are to collect the items.                    

Ø   Check the information regarding dress code and rental
     here.                                                                            

Ø   Check here for instructions on payment of rental fee and
     caution deposit for academic dress.                                     

Ø   Please update your postal address through STUDENTLINK.
     If your postal address is in China, we would be grateful
     if you could provide us with an alternative postal
     address in Singapore.                                                      

Ø   The academic dress which you hire for the Convocation
     ceremony must be returned to the University by the
     stipulated deadline. Check the schedule here                       

Ø   Each graduate is allowed to invite only two guests to
     the convocation. You may request for additional invitation
